Unopened items
Return unopened, factory sealed items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Buyer pays return shipping unless we made a mistake.
Damaged in transit
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the shipping box and product.
We’ll replace when possible or refund if replacement isn’t available.
Preorders
You can cancel a preorder any time before the release week processing begins.
Once a preorder is being packed/shipped, normal return rules apply.
Non-returnable
Opened products, tampered seals, or loose packs.
